A Family Celebration (Family Feast) by Niko Pirosmani

A Family Celebration (Family Feast) - Niko Pirosmani - Hand Painted Oil Painting

About This Piece

A Family Celebration (Family Feast) - Niko Pirosmani - Hand Painted Oil Painting suits both traditional and modern interiors. As a portrait oil painting, it works as a standalone focal point or as part of a living room gallery wall, and unlike a print it is genuinely hand painted in oils.

Composition & Subject

Oil on oilcloth
115 x 180 cm
The State Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow, Russia.

As living room wall decor, the piece pairs naturally with other vintage wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.

How It Is Made

From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the figurative brushwork visible and gives the vintage oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
