Choose A Mad Woman as a hand painted oil painting and skip the compromise of printed wall decor. Based on Eugene Delacroix's original. Our artists rebuild the figurative composition stroke by stroke, producing timeless canvas wall art with lasting color depth.
1822
Oil on canvas
Musée des Beaux-Arts d'Orléans, France.
Collectors often choose this figurative image when searching for portrait oil painting that feels substantial rather than decorative or disposable.
This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of A Mad Woman by eye and build up the figurative forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished portrait oil painting its luminosity.
Hang this portrait oil painting above a sofa, console, or bed to give a dining room an instant focal point. Its timeless palette works with both minimalist and period interiors, and the piece also makes a considered gift for housewarmings, weddings, and art lovers.
In short: A Mad Woman - Eugene Delacroix - Oil Painting Wall Decor combines a timeless composition, a 100% hand painted oil painting process, and the flexibility of made-to-order canvas sizes — a dependable choice for portrait oil painting and dining room wall art.
