A Summer Day, wooded area with children playing - Carl Frederik Aagaard - Oil Painting Wall Decor
At a Glance
Upgrade your walls with A Summer Day, wooded area with children playing - Carl Frederik Aagaard - Oil Painting Wall Decor. Every figurative reproduction is painted entirely by hand, so the surface carries the depth and variation of an original oil painting rather than the flatness of a digital canvas print.
The Story Behind the Painting
En sommerdag, skovparti med legende born, 1893
Oil on Canvas
87 x 131 cm. (34.3 x 51.6 in.)
The figurative subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of vintage oil painting wall decor.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the figurative brushwork visible and gives the vintage oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
