Alphonsine Fournaise on the Isle of Chatou - Pierre-Auguste Renoir - Oil Painting for Home Office
Product Overview
From the first sketch to the final varnish, Alphonsine Fournaise on the Isle of Chatou is made by hand. Based on Pierre-Auguste Renoir's original. This impressionist oil painting wall decor is crafted on artist-grade canvas for anyone who wants fine art oil painting with the character of an original.
Composition & Subject
1879
Oil on canvas
Musée d'Orsay, France.
Every hand painted oil painting in this fine art series is finished on artist-grade canvas and checked against the original before it leaves the studio.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the fine art brushwork visible and gives the impressionist oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
