Ambroise Vollard Dressed as a Toreador - Pierre-Auguste Renoir - Dining Room Wall Art
About This Piece
From the first sketch to the final varnish, Ambroise Vollard Dressed as a Toreador is made by hand. Based on Pierre-Auguste Renoir's original. This impressionist oil painting wall decor is crafted on artist-grade canvas for anyone who wants fine art oil painting with the character of an original.
About the Artwork
1917
Oil on canvas
Private collection.
The fine art subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of impressionist oil painting wall decor.
How It Is Made
This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of Ambroise Vollard Dressed as a Toreador by eye and build up the fine art forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished fine art oil painting its luminosity.
