From the first sketch to the final varnish, Brighton Beach is made by hand. Based on Edward Henry Potthast's original. This classic oil painting wall decor is crafted on artist-grade canvas for anyone who wants seascape oil painting with the character of an original.
Oil on canvas
Private collection.
The seascape subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of classic oil painting wall decor.
Expect subtle, hand-made variation rather than factory uniformity. Each seascape canvas is painted with oils, allowed to cure properly, and inspected before it is approved for shipment.
Wondering where seascape oil painting looks best? Try a home office mantel, a dining room sideboard, or a hallway gallery wall. The seascape subject reads clearly from a distance and rewards close viewing up near.
