Caprice in Purple and Gold: The Golden Screen - James Abbott McNeill Whistler - Canvas Wall Art
Product Overview
Caprice in Purple and Gold: The Golden Screen by James Abbott McNeill Whistler is one of those images that never dates. Our studio recreates it as a hand painted oil painting — textured, color-rich, and ready to hang as canvas wall art in a dining room, study, or reception area.
Composition & Subject
1864
Oil on board
Freer Gallery of Art, United States.
Every hand painted oil painting in this fine art series is finished on artist-grade canvas and checked against the original before it leaves the studio.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of Caprice in Purple and Gold: The Golden Screen by eye and build up the fine art forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished fine art oil painting its luminosity.
