Coogee by Sir Arthur Streeton

Coogee - Sir Arthur Streeton - Canvas Oil Painting

Product Overview

Coogee - Sir Arthur Streeton - Canvas Oil Painting suits both traditional and modern interiors. As a cityscape oil painting, it works as a standalone focal point or as part of an entryway gallery wall, and unlike a print it is genuinely hand painted in oils.

The Story Behind the Painting

1890
Oil on canvas

How It Is Made

This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of Coogee by eye and build up the cityscape forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished cityscape oil painting its luminosity.
