Girl with Green Face - Alexej von Jawlensky - Oil Painting
Product Overview
Nothing softens a bedroom like a painted surface. Girl with Green Face by Alexej von Jawlensky arrives as a hand painted oil painting on canvas, offering the figurative detail, soft gradients, and tactile finish that portrait oil painting shoppers look for.
The Story Behind the Painting
1910
Oil on cardboard
The Art Institute of Chicago, United States.
Every hand painted oil painting in this figurative series is finished on artist-grade canvas and checked against the original before it leaves the studio.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for traditional reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the figurative tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed portrait oil painting simply cannot match.
What Is Included
- 100% hand-painted oil painting on artist-grade canvas — never a print or digital reproduction.
- An extra 2-inch blank border is left around all edges for easy stretching and framing.
- We dispatch worldwide ourselves, so there are no middlemen in the chain.
- Available canvas sizes for this hand painted oil painting: 20 X 20 in, 24 X 24 in, 30 X 30 in, 36 X 36 in, 40 X 40 in, 48 X 48 in.
- Choose from standard sizes or request a custom dimension to fit your wall.
- Choose from DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS and other competitively priced carriers.
- Complimentary stretching over wooden stretcher bars; ask us about a custom frame.
- You will receive a photo of your completed painting by email for sign-off prior to shipping.
Where to Hang It
traditional canvas wall art is one of the easiest ways to warm a bedroom. Pair this piece with natural linen, dark wood, or brushed brass, and let the hand painted surface do the rest.
