Head of a Girl in a White Dress - Sir Frederic Lord Leighton - Canvas Wall Art
Product Overview
From the first sketch to the final varnish, Head of a Girl in a White Dress is made by hand. Based on Sir Frederic Lord Leighton's original. This vintage oil painting wall decor is crafted on artist-grade canvas for anyone who wants portrait oil painting with the character of an original.
The Story Behind the Painting
circa 1890-1899
Oil on canvas
Private collection.
As office wall decor, the piece pairs naturally with other vintage wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the figurative brushwork visible and gives the vintage oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
