Head of a Youth - Alexej von Jawlensky - Oil Painting Wall Decor
Product Overview
Looking for fine art oil painting with real brushwork? Head of a Youth is reproduced by hand in oils on artist-grade canvas after Alexej von Jawlensky. The result is a piece of romantic oil painting wall decor that anchors a bedroom and rewards a closer look.
Composition & Subject
1911
Oil on cardboard
Kunstmuseum Bern, Switzerland.
Every hand painted oil painting in this fine art series is finished on artist-grade canvas and checked against the original before it leaves the studio.
How It Is Made
Trained artists work in stages — underpainting, mid-tones, highlights, and detail — using traditional oils on canvas. Because nothing is printed, every hand painted oil painting has its own subtle texture and depth.
