Horses at Pasture (Horses in a Landscape) - Franz Marc - Oil Painting
At a Glance
Upgrade your walls with Horses at Pasture (Horses in a Landscape) - Franz Marc - Oil Painting. Every wildlife reproduction is painted entirely by hand, so the surface carries the depth and variation of an original oil painting rather than the flatness of a digital canvas print.
About the Artwork
1910
Tempera on paper on cardboard
61.5 cm (24.21 in.) x 82 cm (32.28 in.)
Musée d'Art Moderne et d'Art Contemporain de Liège, Belgium.
The wildlife subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of expressionist oil painting wall decor.
How It Is Made
Expect subtle, hand-made variation rather than factory uniformity. Each wildlife canvas is painted with oils, allowed to cure properly, and inspected before it is approved for shipment.
