In Shadow: Animals on the Banks of the Avre - Pierre Eugene Montezin - Hand Painted Oil Painting
Product Overview
In Shadow: Animals on the Banks of the Avre - Pierre Eugene Montezin - Hand Painted Oil Painting suits both traditional and modern interiors. As a wildlife oil painting, it works as a standalone focal point or as part of a hallway gallery wall, and unlike a print it is genuinely hand painted in oils.
The Story Behind the Painting
Oil on canvas
73 cm (28.74 in.) x 75 cm (29.53 in.)
Private collection.
As hallway wall art, the piece pairs naturally with other vintage wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the wildlife brushwork visible and gives the vintage oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
