Italian Woman in a Yellow Chair - Lovis Corinth - Vintage Fine Art Reproduction
Product Overview
Italian Woman in a Yellow Chair by Lovis Corinth is one of those images that never dates. Our studio recreates it as a hand painted oil painting — textured, color-rich, and ready to hang as canvas wall art in a dining room, study, or reception area.
The Story Behind the Painting
1912
Oil on canvas
90.5 cm (35.63 in.) x 70.5 cm (27.76 in.)
Niedersaechsisches Landesmuseum, Germany.
The figurative subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of vintage oil painting wall decor.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the figurative brushwork visible and gives the vintage oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
