Nude Seated in a Red Armchair - Felix Vallotton - Canvas Oil Painting
At a Glance
Choose Nude Seated in a Red Armchair as a hand painted oil painting and skip the compromise of printed wall decor. Based on Felix Vallotton's original. Our artists rebuild the figurative composition stroke by stroke, producing vintage canvas wall art with lasting color depth.
About the Artwork
1897
Oil on cardboard on plywood
Musée de Grenoble, France.
As dining room wall art, the piece pairs naturally with other vintage wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the figurative brushwork visible and gives the vintage oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
