Portrait of Admiral Lord Graves, 1st Baron Graves of Gravesend - Thomas Gainsborough - Canvas Wall Art
Product Overview
Choose Portrait of Admiral Lord Graves, 1st Baron Graves of Gravesend as a hand painted oil painting and skip the compromise of printed wall decor. Based on Thomas Gainsborough's original. Our artists rebuild the figurative composition stroke by stroke, producing classical canvas wall art with lasting color depth.
About the Artwork
Oil on canvas
127 x 101.6 cm. (50 x 40 in.)
The figurative subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of classical oil painting wall decor.
How It Is Made
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for classical reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the figurative tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed portrait oil painting simply cannot match.
