Portrait of Feodor Chaliapin 1911 - Konstantin Korovin - Oil Painting
About This Piece
Portrait of Feodor Chaliapin 1911 by Konstantin Korovin is one of those images that never dates. Our studio recreates it as a hand painted oil painting — textured, color-rich, and ready to hang as canvas wall art in a hallway, study, or reception area.
Composition & Subject
1911
Oil on canvas
65 cm (25.59 in.) x 81 cm (31.89 in.)
The Russian Museum, St. Petersburg Russia.
Our artists reproduce this figurative composition in oil on canvas by hand, preserving the tonal range that makes portrait oil painting so sought after for a hallway.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the figurative brushwork visible and gives the vintage oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
