Portrait of My Friend Georges - Theo van Rysselberghe - Hand Painted Oil Painting
Product Overview
Portrait of My Friend Georges - Theo van Rysselberghe - Hand Painted Oil Painting suits both traditional and modern interiors. As a portrait oil painting, it works as a standalone focal point or as part of a living room gallery wall, and unlike a print it is genuinely hand painted in oils.
Composition & Subject
Portrait de l'ami Georges
circa 1882
Oil on canvas
Private collection.
Our artists reproduce this figurative composition in oil on canvas by hand, preserving the tonal range that makes portrait oil painting so sought after for a living room.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of Portrait of My Friend Georges by eye and build up the figurative forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished portrait oil painting its luminosity.
