Portrait of Vartoosh 1936-1937 - Arshile Gorky - Canvas Wall Art
About This Piece
Choose Portrait of Vartoosh 1936-1937 as a hand painted oil painting and skip the compromise of printed wall decor. Based on Arshile Gorky's original. Our artists rebuild the figurative composition stroke by stroke, producing traditional canvas wall art with lasting color depth.
Composition & Subject
ca. 1936-1937
Oil on canvas
Collectors often choose this figurative image when searching for portrait oil painting that feels substantial rather than decorative or disposable.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for traditional reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the figurative tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed portrait oil painting simply cannot match.
