San Geremia and Palazzo Labia, Venice - Sir Arthur Streeton - Canvas Oil Painting
About This Piece
Choose San Geremia and Palazzo Labia, Venice as a hand painted oil painting and skip the compromise of printed wall decor. Based on Sir Arthur Streeton's original. Our artists rebuild the seascape composition stroke by stroke, producing traditional canvas wall art with lasting color depth.
About the Artwork
1908
Oil on canvas
62.7 x 77 cm
National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne, Australia.
The seascape subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of traditional oil painting wall decor.
How It Is Made
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for traditional reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the seascape tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed seascape oil painting simply cannot match.
