Seine Edges or Sunny Landscape - Pierre Bonnard - Gallery Wall Art brings gallery-caliber art into everyday spaces. This landscape oil painting is a 100% hand painted oil painting on canvas, created for buyers who want genuine post-impressionist canvas wall art instead of a mass-produced poster or paper print.

Oil on canvas
ith the exception of Vuillard, no painter of his generation was to endow his technique with so much sensual delight, so much feeling for the indefinable texture of paint, so much vibration. His paintings are covered with colour applied with a delicate voluptuousness that confers to the pigment a life of its own and treats every single stroke like a clear note of a symphony.'
Our artists reproduce this landscape composition in oil on canvas by hand, preserving the tonal range that makes landscape oil painting so sought after for a gallery wall.
Trained artists work in stages — underpainting, mid-tones, highlights, and detail — using traditional oils on canvas. Because nothing is printed, every hand painted oil painting has its own subtle texture and depth.
For gallery wall art that does not feel generic, a painted landscape canvas is hard to beat. It is a popular landscape oil painting pick for new homeowners and a durable alternative to seasonal poster art.
Order Seine Edges or Sunny Landscape as a hand painted oil painting on canvas and add lasting post-impressionist character to your gallery wall. Custom sizes, a digital proof before dispatch, and secure worldwide shipping are included.
