The Artist's Father on His Sick Bed I - Franz Marc - Oil Painting
Product Overview
The Artist's Father on His Sick Bed I by Franz Marc is one of those images that never dates. Our studio recreates it as a hand painted oil painting — textured, color-rich, and ready to hang as canvas wall art in a bedroom, study, or reception area.
The Story Behind the Painting
1906-1907
Oil on canvas
Franz Marc Museum, Kochel am See, Germany.
Collectors often choose this fine art image when searching for fine art oil painting that feels substantial rather than decorative or disposable.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for expressionist reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the fine art tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed fine art oil painting simply cannot match.
