The Brejots, First Days of May, the Morning 1917 - Armand Guillaumin - Fine Art Oil Painting Wall Decor
About This Piece
From the first sketch to the final varnish, The Brejots, First Days of May, the Morning 1917 is made by hand. Based on Armand Guillaumin's original. This impressionist oil painting wall decor is crafted on artist-grade canvas for anyone who wants fine art oil painting with the character of an original.
The Story Behind the Painting
Les Brejots, premiers jours de Mai, matin, 1917
Oil on canvas
59 x 81 cm. (23.2 x 31.9 in.)
As gallery wall art, the piece pairs naturally with other impressionist wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for impressionist reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the fine art tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed fine art oil painting simply cannot match.
