The Countess of Essex - John Singer Sargent - Canvas Wall Art
About This Piece
The Countess of Essex by John Singer Sargent is one of those images that never dates. Our studio recreates it as a hand painted oil painting — textured, color-rich, and ready to hang as canvas wall art in a gallery wall, study, or reception area.
About the Artwork
circa 1906-1907
Oil on canvas
125.7 cm (49.49 in.) x 97.2 cm (38.27 in.)
Private collection.
Collectors often choose this fine art image when searching for fine art oil painting that feels substantial rather than decorative or disposable.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the fine art brushwork visible and gives the realist oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
