The Duke of Ancaster's Bay Stallion 'Blank' Held by a Groom - George Stubbs - Entryway Wall Decor
Product Overview
The Duke of Ancaster's Bay Stallion 'Blank' Held by a Groom - George Stubbs - Entryway Wall Decor suits both traditional and modern interiors. As a fine art oil painting, it works as a standalone focal point or as part of an entryway gallery wall, and unlike a print it is genuinely hand painted in oils.
Composition & Subject
circa 1762-5
Private Collection.
The fine art subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of vintage oil painting wall decor.
How It Is Made
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the fine art brushwork visible and gives the vintage oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
