About the Artwork
1896
Oil on canvas
27.13 x 40 in
Museum of Fine Arts - Houston, United States.
The fine art subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of romantic oil painting wall decor.
How It Is Made
Trained artists work in stages — underpainting, mid-tones, highlights, and detail — using traditional oils on canvas. Because nothing is printed, every hand painted oil painting has its own subtle texture and depth.
What Is Included
- A true oil-on-canvas painting produced manually by our artists — not a mass-produced print.
- Supplied with a 2-inch blank border on all four sides for flexible home office display options.
- We dispatch worldwide ourselves, so there are no middlemen in the chain.
- Quick turnaround — most in-stock fine art paintings ship in 3–10 working days.
- Available canvas sizes for this hand painted oil painting: 30 X 40 in, 36 X 48 in, 48 X 72 in.
- Made-to-measure options are available for this fine art canvas.
- Choose from DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS and other competitively priced carriers.
- Free professional stretching on wooden stretcher bars — contact us for framing options.
- A digital photo of your finished painting is emailed for approval before shipment.
Where to Hang It
For office wall decor that does not feel generic, a painted fine art canvas is hard to beat. It is a popular fine art oil painting pick for new homeowners and a durable alternative to seasonal poster art.
