The Old Jew Schlom - Alexej von Jawlensky - Oil Painting Wall Decor
At a Glance
Upgrade your walls with The Old Jew Schlom - Alexej von Jawlensky - Oil Painting Wall Decor. Every fine art reproduction is painted entirely by hand, so the surface carries the depth and variation of an original oil painting rather than the flatness of a digital canvas print.
The Story Behind the Painting
1893
Oil on canvas
Private collection.
As dining room wall art, the piece pairs naturally with other traditional wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for traditional reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the fine art tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed fine art oil painting simply cannot match.
What Is Included
- 100% hand-painted oil painting on artist-grade canvas — never a print or digital reproduction.
- An extra 2-inch blank border is left around all edges for easy stretching and framing.
- We dispatch worldwide ourselves, so there are no middlemen in the chain.
- Quick turnaround — most in-stock fine art paintings ship in 3–10 working days.
- Available canvas sizes for this hand painted oil painting: 20 X 24 in, 24 X 36 in, 30 X 40 in, 36 X 48 in, 48 X 72 in.
- Made-to-measure options are available for this fine art canvas.
- Affordable delivery options via DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS and more.
- Free professional stretching on wooden stretcher bars — contact us for framing options.
- You will receive a photo of your completed painting by email for sign-off prior to shipping.
Where to Hang It
traditional canvas wall art is one of the easiest ways to warm a dining room. Pair this piece with natural linen, dark wood, or brushed brass, and let the hand painted surface do the rest.
