The Secret Grove - Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec - Hand Painted Oil Painting
Product Overview
For collectors searching fine art oil painting, The Secret Grove is a dependable choice. Painted in layered oils on canvas after Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, this post-impressionist work reads equally well as classic canvas wall art and as a thoughtful housewarming gift.
About the Artwork
1884
Oil on canvas
172 cm (67.72 in.) x 380 cm (149.61 in.)
Private collection.
From the Pearlman Collection (USA). This is an unusual subject for the artist who is generally associated with scenes from music halls and theatres.
As office wall decor, the piece pairs naturally with other post-impressionist wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
Each canvas is painted entirely by hand with professional oil paints on artist-grade cotton canvas. No printing, giclée, or digital imaging is used at any stage, so the surface keeps the slight relief and color variation of real brushwork.
