The Strange Thing Little Kiosai Saw in the River - John La Farge - Timeless Fine Art Reproduction

At a Glance

The Strange Thing Little Kiosai Saw in the River by John La Farge is one of those images that never dates. Our studio recreates it as a hand painted oil painting — textured, color-rich, and ready to hang as canvas wall art in a dining room, study, or reception area.

About the Artwork

Every hand painted oil painting in this landscape series is finished on artist-grade canvas and checked against the original before it leaves the studio.

Materials & Craftsmanship

This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of The Strange Thing Little Kiosai Saw in the River by eye and build up the landscape forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished landscape oil painting its luminosity.
