The Turkey Hunter 4 - Eanger Irving Couse - Oil Painting brings gallery-caliber art into everyday spaces. This fine art oil painting is a 100% hand painted oil painting on canvas, created for buyers who want genuine vintage canvas wall art instead of a mass-produced poster or paper print.
An outstanding picture of good size for Couse, and a fine example of his hunt scenes, one of the artist's favorite subjects. As is the case with this collection, Dr. Woliver must have been keenly aware of Couse's houevre and settled on a strong example from a well known subject by the Taos artist.
As entryway wall decor, the piece pairs naturally with other vintage wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the fine art brushwork visible and gives the vintage oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
As entryway wall decor, this canvas brings color and texture without visual noise. It scales well from a small study to a large entryway feature wall, and it is a reliable choice when shopping for fine art oil painting as a gift.
Whether the search term is fine art oil painting, entryway wall decor, or vintage oil painting wall decor, this hand painted canvas delivers the same thing: a real painted surface, made to your chosen dimensions.
