View of the Round-Top in the Catskill Mountains (Sunny Morning on the Hudson) - Thomas Cole - Oil Painting for Entryway
At a Glance
View of the Round-Top in the Catskill Mountains (Sunny Morning on the Hudson) - Thomas Cole - Oil Painting for Entryway suits both traditional and modern interiors. As a wildlife oil painting, it works as a standalone focal point or as part of an entryway gallery wall, and unlike a print it is genuinely hand painted in oils.
Composition & Subject
1827
Oil on canvas
Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, United States.
The wildlife subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of traditional oil painting wall decor.
How It Is Made
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for traditional reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the wildlife tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed wildlife oil painting simply cannot match.
What Is Included
- Painted entirely by hand in oils on artist-grade canvas, with no giclée or inkjet process involved.
- Edges include an additional 2-inch blank allowance, ideal for gallery wrapping or framing.
- Studio-direct pricing and worldwide shipping on every wildlife oil painting order.
- Quick turnaround — most in-stock wildlife paintings ship in 3–10 working days.
- Available canvas sizes for this hand painted oil painting: 20 X 24 in, 24 X 36 in, 30 X 40 in, 36 X 48 in, 48 X 72 in.
- Choose from standard sizes or request a custom dimension to fit your wall.
- Affordable delivery options via DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS and more.
- No-cost gallery stretching on wood bars, plus optional made-to-order framing.
- You will receive a photo of your completed painting by email for sign-off prior to shipping.
Styling & Placement
traditional canvas wall art is one of the easiest ways to warm an entryway. Pair this piece with natural linen, dark wood, or brushed brass, and let the hand painted surface do the rest.
