Woman on the Top of a Mountain - Charles Courtney Curran - Oil Painting
About This Piece
Nothing softens a home office like a painted surface. Woman on the Top of a Mountain by Charles Courtney Curran arrives as a hand painted oil painting on canvas, offering the figurative detail, soft gradients, and tactile finish that portrait oil painting shoppers look for.
The Story Behind the Painting
Woman on the Top of a Mountain has the kind of quiet presence that suits a home office without dominating it after Charles Courtney Curran. Our artists work from the original image in stages, building the figurative forms in oil on canvas. The finished piece sits comfortably alongside portrait oil painting and other timeless wall art.
How It Is Made
This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of Woman on the Top of a Mountain by eye and build up the figurative forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished portrait oil painting its luminosity.
