Woman Seated in an Armchair - Edouard Vuillard - Canvas Wall Art
About This Piece
Woman Seated in an Armchair - Edouard Vuillard - Canvas Wall Art brings gallery-caliber art into everyday spaces. This portrait oil painting is a 100% hand painted oil painting on canvas, created for buyers who want genuine post-impressionist canvas wall art instead of a mass-produced poster or paper print.
About the Artwork
1898
Distemper on canvas
Private collection.
As hallway wall art, the piece pairs naturally with other post-impressionist wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Trained artists work in stages — underpainting, mid-tones, highlights, and detail — using traditional oils on canvas. Because nothing is printed, every hand painted oil painting has its own subtle texture and depth.
