Chelsea College, the Rotonda, Ranelagh House and the Thames - Canaletto - Canvas Oil Painting
About This Piece
Chelsea College, the Rotonda, Ranelagh House and the Thames by Canaletto is one of those images that never dates. Our studio recreates it as a hand painted oil painting — textured, color-rich, and ready to hang as canvas wall art in a hallway, study, or reception area.
Composition & Subject
1751
Oil on canvas
95 x 136 cm (37.4 x 53.5 in)
The landscape subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of timeless oil painting wall decor.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of Chelsea College, the Rotonda, Ranelagh House and the Thames by eye and build up the landscape forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished landscape oil painting its luminosity.
