At a Glance
Dinner in a Great Room with Figures in Costume - Joseph Mallord William Turner - Romantic Oil Painting brings gallery-caliber art into everyday spaces. This portrait oil painting is a 100% hand painted oil painting on canvas, created for buyers who want genuine romantic canvas wall art instead of a mass-produced poster or paper print.
About the Artwork
circa 1830-1835
Oil on canvas
91 cm (35.83 in.) x 122 cm (48.03 in.)
Tate Britain, England.
Our artists reproduce this figurative composition in oil on canvas by hand, preserving the tonal range that makes portrait oil painting so sought after for a dining room.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the figurative brushwork visible and gives the romantic oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
