Merchant's Wife on the Promenade 1920 - Boris Kustodiev - Fine Art Canvas Wall Art
At a Glance
Choose Merchant's Wife on the Promenade 1920 as a hand painted oil painting and skip the compromise of printed wall decor. Based on Boris Kustodiev's original. Our artists rebuild the fine art composition stroke by stroke, producing traditional canvas wall art with lasting color depth.
About the Artwork
The composition of Merchant's Wife on the Promenade 1920 balances fine art detail with a calm, considered palette after Boris Kustodiev. Reproducing it in oils lets the brushwork breathe: subtle shifts in tone, softened edges, and a surface that changes with the light in your hallway. It is a natural fit for fine art oil painting and for anyone building a collection of traditional canvas wall art.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for traditional reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the fine art tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed fine art oil painting simply cannot match.
