Portrait of the Countess of Chinchon - Francisco de Goya - Figurative Oil Painting Wall Decor
About This Piece
Portrait of the Countess of Chinchon - Francisco de Goya - Figurative Oil Painting Wall Decor brings gallery-caliber art into everyday spaces. This portrait oil painting is a 100% hand painted oil painting on canvas, created for buyers who want genuine classical canvas wall art instead of a mass-produced poster or paper print.
The Story Behind the Painting
circa 1800
Oil on canvas
Galleria degli Uffizi, Florence, Italy.
The figurative subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of classical oil painting wall decor.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the figurative brushwork visible and gives the classical oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
