Looking for portrait oil painting with real brushwork? Self Portrait with Beret, Unfinished is reproduced by hand in oils on artist-grade canvas after Rembrandt van Rijn. The result is a piece of classical oil painting wall decor that anchors a hallway and rewards a closer look.
circa 1659
Musée Granet, Aix-en-Provence, France.
Every hand painted oil painting in this figurative series is finished on artist-grade canvas and checked against the original before it leaves the studio.
This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of Self Portrait with Beret, Unfinished by eye and build up the figurative forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished portrait oil painting its luminosity.
Hang this portrait oil painting above a sofa, console, or bed to give a hallway an instant focal point. Its classical palette works with both minimalist and period interiors, and the piece also makes a considered gift for housewarmings, weddings, and art lovers.
Order Self Portrait with Beret, Unfinished as a hand painted oil painting on canvas and add lasting classical character to your hallway. Custom sizes, a digital proof before dispatch, and secure worldwide shipping are included.
