The Changing of the Guard in Saint James - Raoul Dufy - Fine Art Oil Painting Wall Decor
At a Glance
The Changing of the Guard in Saint James - Raoul Dufy - Fine Art Oil Painting Wall Decor suits both traditional and modern interiors. As a fine art oil painting, it works as a standalone focal point or as part of a living room gallery wall, and unlike a print it is genuinely hand painted in oils.
The Story Behind the Painting
Le relève de la garde à Saint James, 1936
Oil on canvas
The fine art subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of fauvist oil painting wall decor.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
We use a 100% hand-painted process: stretched artist-grade canvas, layered oil pigment, and a final protective varnish. There are no inkjet prints or mechanical reproductions in this collection — just a painted fine art artwork made to order.
