Looking for fine art oil painting with real brushwork? Trade is reproduced by hand in oils on artist-grade canvas after Francisco de Goya. The result is a piece of classical oil painting wall decor that anchors a hallway and rewards a closer look.
1801-1805
Oil on canvas
227 cm (89.37 in.) x 227 cm (89.37 in.)
Museo Nacional del Prado, Madrid, Spain.
One of four roundels Goya produced for the staircase of the home of Manuel Gody, Prime Minister during the reign of Carlos IV. All roundels are housed in the Prado.
Our artists reproduce this fine art composition in oil on canvas by hand, preserving the tonal range that makes fine art oil painting so sought after for a hallway.
Materials matter for classical wall decor. That is why this piece is built on artist-grade canvas with lightfast oil colors, applied by hand rather than output from a printer, and sealed for long-term display.
Style it over a fireplace, behind a reading chair, or along a staircase. Wherever it goes, this classical oil painting wall decor adds the layered color that only a hand painted canvas provides.
