Young Girl on a Balcony over the Ocean - Henri Matisse - Oil Painting Wall Decor
At a Glance
Looking for portrait oil painting with real brushwork? Young Girl on a Balcony over the Ocean is reproduced by hand in oils on artist-grade canvas after Henri Matisse. The result is a piece of fauvist oil painting wall decor that anchors a gallery wall and rewards a closer look.
About the Artwork
Young Girl on a Balcony over the Ocean has the kind of quiet presence that suits a gallery wall without dominating it after Henri Matisse. Our artists work from the original image in stages, building the figurative forms in oil on canvas. The finished piece sits comfortably alongside portrait oil painting and other fauvist wall art.
Materials & Craftsmanship
This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of Young Girl on a Balcony over the Ocean by eye and build up the figurative forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished portrait oil painting its luminosity.
