Apple Picking (Two Girls in Sunbonnets or in the Orchard) - Winslow Homer - Figurative Canvas Wall Art
Product Overview
Apple Picking (Two Girls in Sunbonnets or in the Orchard) by Winslow Homer is one of those images that never dates. Our studio recreates it as a hand painted oil painting — textured, color-rich, and ready to hang as canvas wall art in a dining room, study, or reception area.
Composition & Subject
1878
watercolor
Terra Museum of American Art, United States.
The figurative subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of romantic oil painting wall decor.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Trained artists work in stages — underpainting, mid-tones, highlights, and detail — using traditional oils on canvas. Because nothing is printed, every hand painted oil painting has its own subtle texture and depth.
