Artista con due donne mentre esegue uno schizzo - Ernst Ludwig Kirchner - Hand Painted Oil Painting
About This Piece
Artista con due donne mentre esegue uno schizzo by Ernst Ludwig Kirchner is one of those images that never dates. Our studio recreates it as a hand painted oil painting — textured, color-rich, and ready to hang as canvas wall art in an entryway, study, or reception area.
The Story Behind the Painting
Artist with two women while performing a sketch
1913
Oil on canvas
70 x 80 cm
Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
As entryway wall decor, the piece pairs naturally with other expressionist wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the fine art brushwork visible and gives the expressionist oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
