Choose Christ on the Cross as a hand painted oil painting and skip the compromise of printed wall decor. Based on Peter Paul Rubens's original. Our artists rebuild the fine art composition stroke by stroke, producing classical canvas wall art with lasting color depth.
Christ on the Cross has the kind of quiet presence that suits an entryway without dominating it after Peter Paul Rubens. Our artists work from the original image in stages, building the fine art forms in oil on canvas. The finished piece sits comfortably alongside fine art oil painting and other classical wall art.
This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of Christ on the Cross by eye and build up the fine art forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished fine art oil painting its luminosity.
Hang this fine art oil painting above a sofa, console, or bed to give an entryway an instant focal point. Its classical palette works with both minimalist and period interiors, and the piece also makes a considered gift for housewarmings, weddings, and art lovers.
Order Christ on the Cross as a hand painted oil painting on canvas and add lasting classical character to your entryway. Custom sizes, a digital proof before dispatch, and secure worldwide shipping are included.
