For the Farmer's Boy (old English Song) - Winslow Homer - Vintage Oil Painting
Product Overview
Looking for portrait oil painting with real brushwork? For the Farmer's Boy (old English Song) is reproduced by hand in oils on artist-grade canvas after Winslow Homer. The result is a piece of vintage oil painting wall decor that anchors a dining room and rewards a closer look.
The Story Behind the Painting
1887
watercolor
Every hand painted oil painting in this figurative series is finished on artist-grade canvas and checked against the original before it leaves the studio.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the figurative brushwork visible and gives the vintage oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
