Jean-Pierre Hoschede and Michel Monet on the Banks of the Epte - Claude Monet - Canvas Wall Art
About This Piece
Jean-Pierre Hoschede and Michel Monet on the Banks of the Epte - Claude Monet - Canvas Wall Art suits both traditional and modern interiors. As a fine art oil painting, it works as a standalone focal point or as part of a home office gallery wall, and unlike a print it is genuinely hand painted in oils.
The Story Behind the Painting
1887
Oil on canvas
76 x 96.5 cm
National Gallery of Canada, Canada.
As office wall decor, the piece pairs naturally with other impressionist wall art and with warm neutrals, timber, and soft natural light.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Materials matter for impressionist wall decor. That is why this piece is built on artist-grade canvas with lightfast oil colors, applied by hand rather than output from a printer, and sealed for long-term display.
