The Small Arms of the Seine at Argenteuil - Claude Monet - Oil Painting for Living Room
About This Piece
The Small Arms of the Seine at Argenteuil - Claude Monet - Oil Painting for Living Room suits both traditional and modern interiors. As a fine art oil painting, it works as a standalone focal point or as part of a living room gallery wall, and unlike a print it is genuinely hand painted in oils.
The Story Behind the Painting
1872
Oil on canvas
The fine art subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of impressionist oil painting wall decor.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From primer to varnish, the work is done manually on artist-grade canvas. The absence of digital printing is deliberate: it keeps the fine art brushwork visible and gives the impressionist oil painting wall decor a museum-like finish.
