Looking for landscape oil painting with real brushwork? The Old Tower in the Fields is reproduced by hand in oils on artist-grade canvas after Vincent van Gogh. The result is a piece of post-impressionist oil painting wall decor that anchors a living room and rewards a closer look.
1884
Oil on canvas
Private collection.
The landscape subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of post-impressionist oil painting wall decor.
This is a genuine hand painted oil painting, not a canvas print. Our painters match the palette of The Old Tower in the Fields by eye and build up the landscape forms in thin layers, which is what gives the finished landscape oil painting its luminosity.
Hang this landscape oil painting above a sofa, console, or bed to give a living room an instant focal point. Its post-impressionist palette works with both minimalist and period interiors, and the piece also makes a considered gift for housewarmings, weddings, and art lovers.
