Our artists rebuild the landscape composition stroke by stroke, producing post-impressionist canvas wall art with lasting color depth.
The Story Behind the Painting
November, 1889
Oil on canvas
39.5 x 47.5 cm
Museo de Arte de Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The landscape subject is rebuilt stroke by stroke in oil, giving the finished canvas the depth expected of post-impressionist oil painting wall decor.
How It Is Made
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for post-impressionist reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the landscape tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed landscape oil painting simply cannot match.
