About the Artwork
June, 1888
Oil on canvas
74 cm (29.13 in.) x 60 cm (23.62 in.)
Washington, D.C.: Collection Joseph Albritton.
Every hand painted oil painting in this figurative series is finished on artist-grade canvas and checked against the original before it leaves the studio.
100% Hand Painted on Canvas
Oil on canvas remains the reference standard for post-impressionist reproductions. Our artists apply pigment by hand, blending the figurative tones directly on the surface for depth that a printed portrait oil painting simply cannot match.
